Every piece is 100% ceramic: clay, water, and natural minerals fired at 2,500F, with no metal core, no glaze additives, and no nonstick layer.

The brand publishes its third-party lead and cadmium leaching results from SGS against California Prop 65 on its own site, going back more than a decade, which is rarer than it should be in cookware.
