Tangie Zero-Waste Laundry Bar
Tangie
Laundry Bar (Zero-Waste Concentrate)
Plant-based soap in paper packaging with no plastic and no synthetic surfactants. A genuine plastic-free 1; confidence is partial only because the product page and blog disagree on one ingredient.
A concentrated plant-based laundry soap bar in paper packaging that makes about a gallon of detergent. No plastic and no synthetic polymer, so a 1.

About Tangie
Tangie is a woman-run company founded in 2012 by Angie Ringler in Central Florida, who started making solid, plastic-free cleaning bars after she grew frustrated with the mystery ingredients and skin irritation from her conventional laundry soap. The brand makes concentrated bars for laundry, dish, shampoo, conditioner, body, and floor cleaning, each one dissolving into a bottle you refill instead of buying new plastic.
Its guiding belief is that what you put on, in, and around your body matters, and through a Bar for Bar program it donates a product to Central Florida nonprofits to match customer purchases. The bars are plant-based and sold in paper or completely package-free, and the brand states they are vegan and cruelty-free, though it lists no third-party certification to confirm that, so the plastic-free packaging is the strength that actually checks out.
