Organic Cotton Changing Pad (2-Sided Contoured)
Honest engineering: sugarcane-derived polyethylene is still plastic, and this pad has three kinds. It is also the best-documented, cleanest-chemistry changing pad on the market, which is exactly the trade the score reflects.
An organic cotton changing pad with a polyethylene foam core, a sugarcane-derived polyethylene waterproof surface, and polypropylene straps. EWG Verified, the only changing pad in that program.

About Naturepedic
Naturepedic was founded in 2003 by Barry Cik, a board-certified environmental engineer who went shopping for a crib mattress for his first grandchild, was troubled by what he found, and set out with his sons to build something safer. The Ohio company makes certified organic crib mattresses, kids and adult mattresses, and baby bedding such as swaddle blankets, crib sheets, and changing pads, manufactured in its own US factory. Its products and its factory are certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), an independent organic textile certification, with license numbers printed on product pages that check out in the GOTS registry. Naturepedic was also the first mattress brand to earn EWG Verified status, the Environmental Working Group's strictest health and transparency review, and holds MADE SAFE and GREENGUARD Gold certifications, the latter an independent test for low chemical emissions. Its stance is no compromise on questionable chemicals, and the flip side is price: this is premium organic bedding, not a budget line.
