Fat and the Moon Aluminum Free Deodorant Cream, 2 oz
Fat and the Moon
Aluminum Free Deodorant Cream, 2 oz
One of the most honestly disclosed deodorants we have carded. It sits at 2 instead of 1 only because of the plastisol-lined lid, the same rule we applied to Davids’ HDPE cap.
A fully disclosed cream deodorant in an amber glass jar. The one honest catch: the jar lid is tinplate with a plastisol liner, the PVC-family seal on most metal lids, and the brand actually tells you, which almost no one does.
How this score breaks down

- Complete ingredient disclosure
- Glass primary packaging
- Lid liner disclosed, rare honesty
- Sensitive version available
Trade-offs
- Plastisol lid liner is a plastic component
- Baking soda can irritate sensitive skin
- Not vegan, contains beeswax
